Chipotle flavor is like buffalo sauce to me.  I’ll take it on everything please!  I can’t resist either!  So when I saw Rockin’ Mom’s Kitchen post this Guacamole recipe on Instagram I had to make it!

  • 4 ripe avocados (set aside one pit)
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • Juice of two limes
  • 1 fresh jalapeno finely chopped (with seeds)
  • Salt to taste



Scoop out avocado and mash until there aren’t too many chunks of avo floating around (all your preference).  Mix in lime juice, chopped onion, chopped jalapeno and salt.  Mix well.  Refrigerate for an hour before serving.


Add an avocado pit into the bowl to keep the guacamole from browning.

Grab some chips and DIP!
