Week one has been going fantastic you got in all your work-outs, ate pretty healthy with a slip here or there, drank a ton of water.  Week two started off strong but then your schedule got busy, there was a girls night with an extra glass or two of wine, a bite of dessert and going to bed too late to get up to work-out the next day but you’ll do it when you get home.  You get home and there’s too much to do between dinner and the kids next thing you know it’s 10pm and you’re exhausted so you’ll get to it tomorrow.  Tomorrow turns into the day after…

Don’t give up.

So it’s been a couple weeks but you’re ready to get back to it.  This time you make it a through the entire program and you’ve lost 10lbs and two dress sizes you’re feeling fantastic!!  After all that hard work you decide to take a break for a few days, you’ve earned it.  That break goes from days to weeks and weeks to months and the next thing you know you’re back where you were before you did the program.

Don’t give up.

Third times the charm, right?  Solid two weeks in and you’re doing and feeling good.  Oh crap you forgot about that vacation you had coming up.  You’ll just get back on track once you return.  Three weeks go by and you haven’t started back up.

Here goes.  Take 4.  You’ve been down this road before and no one believes you’re going to be able to finish or if they do they don’t believe you’ll keep if off once you do but YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS.
